When my family doctor, Dr. Stephen Bell, moved his practice here my family followed him. He is a spectacular doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, listens to them, never pressures them to hurry up, and respects that you know your own body best. I am so thankful to have a doctor who cares.

The staff are amazing as well.

Getting an appointment can take a few weeks, but if he needs to follow up with you sooner he will sometimes personally book you in earlier. The walk-in clinic takes about an hour when it's not super busy, and longer if it is. I have found that to be about average for most walk-ins.

Convenient location, and caring, knowledgeable doctors. Have been going here for most of my life and couldn't be happier! Only thing is their new phone line says to press 2 for office hours and location but when you press 2 it says it isn't a valid extension.

I’ve been with Dr.Bell for about 15 years. Very happy with all my treatments.

This is the worst place.. like some reviewers said, the front desk staff are the worst, rude and unprofessional. This NOT a walk in clinic. Do not go there for walk in. They just make you sit there. The doctors have already booked appointments. The staff won't even tell you what time the doctor is free without any appointments so you can come at that time. They simply say you have to wait. When I asked them this, they were very very rude. Literally screaming at me. I have never written a review before. But the front desk staff are plain horrible and rude. They don't like to be asked questions. Avoid this place. Never been treated like this anywhere before. I have always asked wait times in other walk in clinic and I have been given an answer in time or number people before me. Never been threatened and yelled at like this. Very cheap behavior.

Overall, not a bad clinic experience, could be better, but the quality of care from the doctor is worth going through much worse.

My family doctor is great, always takes his time with me and my family and I have no complaints. The staff are all very pleasant. I disagree with a lot of these reviews saying otherwise. I realize going to walk-in can take time and don’t mind waiting for proper care. With walk in wait is expected.

5 stars for Dr. Bell, I knocked off a star both for how long it takes to get an appointment, and how sometimes the staff can be overly informal behind the desk. It's fine to joke and chat at work a bit (that's how most of us stay sane), but if it isn't work-related you need to cut the conversation when someone comes to the front desk.
