  I had Injured my hand pretty severely and called to make sure they could help me, the lady I spoke to was completely pleasant and awesome to deal with. I didn't have my medical card on me and instead of turning me away or asking me to first go home and get it she offered and made the effort to get the information herself which was greatly appreciated. Upon arriving the ladies at the front had been expecting me and had a room ready for me to get looked at, and my injury cleaned and attended. Eva was the one to clean my wound and was absolutely fantastic in how she handled it, she was also very unbelievably pleasant and attentive and made me feel better about my injury. I then saw two doctors who were also great to deal with and was out and fixed up in no time. All in all it was a great experience given the circumstances, and that was due to the two ladies at the front making it so easy to get in and get looked at which was greatly appreciated. I will continue to use this location whenever the need may arise. Thank you!

  I'm giving this place 1 star before even seeing the doctor, because it has been almost 3 hours since I stepped foot in the building and still haven't even seen the doctor! The waiting room was packed when I came in at 5:10, and it took me almost 30 minutes just to get a chance to register my info at the front desk.

  Staff were friendly, but seemed to do everything so slow. Wasn't organized well and seemed like staff were slacking. Waited over 2 hours to see a doctor, and people without appointments went ahead of me.

  2. The doctors are bad and uncaring. I have done multiple visits and seen most of them. Big waste of time going here.

  I was going to this clinic since I got to canada-9 years ago. My first Dr. Was the polish lady which was very fast and didn't care what the patient was saying, her focus was to get more clients so she can make more profit... Didn't like her at all.

  I'm probably never coming back to this place again. I live literally within a block of here, but will be more than glad to try Crescent Medical next time. This is pretty much the worst clinic I've ever been to, and it's sad considering it's been 190 minutes since I came in and I still haven't seen the doctor!

  These so called doctors are absolutely clueless and not qualified to be working in this profession. They have basic to intermediate education in medicine. They might help 40-60% of the sick people but there are better medical clinic doctors in Calgary. Really bad doctors here! Avoid going to this clinic!

  I was quoted a 90-minute wait time at 5:35. I arrived back at the clinic at 6:20, which is now relatively empty with no more than a few people inside, and ask if my name has been called. I am told it has not been called, so I proceed to wait for another hour before asking again. The nurse quips, "you just asked me" before saying I am basically right after the next guy to be called. Three names are called before my name is called, and now I have spent almost 30 minutes in the patient room with no indication whatsoever that anyone is even going to come see me. I have been to walk-in clinics many times before, and I must say that the lack of service at this place is appalling. My shoulder is important to me, but you're making me seriously question if spending my ENTIRE evening amongst staff who won't even let me finish my sentences, when I'm merely trying to explain why I came, was even worth all this trouble.

  Then I met Dr.Popov and I'm happy with him 100%. Caring, knowledgeable and very fair doctor which is hard to find in Canada.
