  This is the GREATEST Drop-In Clinic that I have ever been to !! The ENTIRE staff ... Receptionists, Office Manager, Nurses and Doctors are ALL AWESOME !! I visit this Clinic regularly so I thought I should re-post my Review with some updates. A year and a half ago, I received my Breast Cancer diagnosis from my Family Doctor at THIS Clinic. Although I see my breast surgeon every 4 months for a checkup, I felt comfortable and confident enough with the Staff and Doctors at Heritage Hill, that I allowed my Oncologist (who handled my chemo. and hormonal therapy) to transfer my follow-up care to my Dr. at this Clinic. I KNOW that I am in great hands with this Group!! I had such a great first experience at this Clinic that I moved my file from my Family Doctor to the Clinic and have used them for all of my medical needs for over 15 years. My Spouse and 2 children have also used this clinic for the same amount of time and have never had anything but extremely positive experiences. I am disappointed that anyone would EVER give this Clinic a negative review. We fully understand that when you go to a drop-in Clinic you can expect that you'll probably have to wait ... try going to Emergency and see how long you'll be there ! As well, we also would expect that if we check in within an hour before close, there's a good chance that we may be turned away if they've had a busy night and are "full". The GREAT thing about the girls at the Front Desk is that (as best as they can), they will tell you how long the wait is going to be, and suggest that you are welcome to leave and return to the Clinic when the wait time has passed. How great is that ... you can check in and then go and run some errands or just walk over to the numerous stores that are in the complex and "browse" to pass the time faster !! NOW, the best thing EVER is that you can check the "Wait Times" on the Medicentre Website so that you can know in advance before you get there how long the wait is going to be !! We have visited this Clinic different days and at different times - sometimes we wait, sometimes we don't. NOW we just check online beforehand!! What a tremendous blessing that we can even go to this Clinic with no appointment and be seen by a Doctor ! Honestly, I can't believe that anyone in Canada would EVER complain about our Healthcare System ! Please try visiting a Dr. in the U.S. and see how that turns out for you - especially if you don't have Insurance !! Even better, try visiting a Third World Country like I have...most of those people don't even have access to a Doctor and the ones that do, have to walk, without shoes, for days, just to camp out in line, waiting for "care" ! I met some of them and it broke my heart !! Please think about this before you complain or write a negative review about ANY Clinic or Hospital in Canada !! I would HIGHLY recommend this Clinic to anyone looking for a Family Doctor or needing drop-in service but remember to check the Wait Times Online first !   I felt very welcomed at this clinic. It was my first time here and the staff at the desk was very friendly and cheerful! I didn’t have to wait too long and my doctor was also very thorough. Definitely will return.

  I have always received excellent care and service from this clinic. I have been here many times in the past, but today I especially noticed how well all the staff worked together and seemed to genuinely care about my visit. They went out of their way for me and Dr. Karia is such a kind man who truly cares about his patients and doesn't just rush you out the door. Great office flow as well , and thank you again to the kind and caring staff who I saw today.

  The doctors we have had take their time with us and do not rush. I sense they want to make sure that they are really trying to figure out what is wrong when we come in with an illness or an issue. They also make my little ones feel very comfortable by telling jokes and talking to them.

  There’s a real nurse as well on duty (first time I’ve seen 1 at a medical clinic) which is great. I find that the nurses speed up our visits because they ask the correct and proper questions about why we are visiting the clinic and then tell the Doctor so he’s up to speed.
