  Brought my boyfriend in to show him Pal Zileri, a suit brand that I had fallen in love with and wanted to buy him. Was offered zero help in the men’s furnishings department while all the staff stood and talked by the registers. Literally had to go interrupt their conversation to get some help. Unfortunately the gentleman who ended up “helping” us had zero knowledge and seemed very uninterested in the process. Super disappointing Nordstrom.

  Recently had to find a New Years outfit and I absolutely hate shopping for dresses, a lovely helpful sale assistant worked with me (Erzsike A) for well over a hour bringing various dresses for me to try on. She was very patient and understanding of my frustrations, she made recommendations I would never of thought of. The final product was me purchasing a evening off the shoulder jumpsuit! She even went downstairs and helped my select a beautiful pair of heels to complete the outfit! Wore this outfit and was a huge hit and I felt comfortable and elegant in my new outfit! It has been a long time that I have had this kind of personal service. High marks! Thanks again

  I reduced one star recently as I wanted to try a fragrance based on recommendation from a friend the salesperson said they don't do samples for that particular brand.

  Always a great experience at Nordstrom... I'm not a huge shopping fan so having a personal stylist is a dream they know me better than I know myself. 10/10 would shop here over anywhere else!

  So I spoke to suzy the manger. It felt like she was taking down to me due to my color. I wanted to replace a Canada goose jacket I bough which had a manufacture defect. She really has a piss poor personality and really no customer service skills. Although I understand not everybody at Nordstrom is like considering half my closet if from there. She is definitely not there brightest employee. Suzy if your reading this try taking some courses on customer care.

  I love the service at this store, they have definitely upped their game when it comes to service. In comparison to The Bay , Nordstrom definitely wins on service and selection part when it comes to department stores.
