  I went to get a watch repaired there. They said it would take a couple weeks so no big deal, 3 months go by and I finally decide to call. They inform me that my number was long distance (it's not I live here in Calgary) and that it's been ready for pick up for nearly two months. Kind of annoyed that a company as profitable as Hudsons Bay can't afford long distance calling. I went to pick up my watch and the service of the girl was very terrible, rude, no smiling, couldn't even find my watch. She called someone over and he informed me that watch pick up was at the desk over, even though I had told the girl why I was there and she had TAKEN me to that desk. Terrible, wouldn't recommend for watch repairs.

  Went in on a Wednesday afternoon looking for a new cologne. Had the pleasure of being served by wonderful Jill. She was so attentive and made sure that I had explored all the different options. I appreciated her honesty and excellent customer service. I wouldn’t typically consider The Bay as my first shopping destination but people like Jill will keep me coming back!
