  I always buy bags here and I love the LV store! The staff were all very nice. However, the selection was not very good. Everything I looked online, most likely it’s not sold in store. I ended up buying from the Vancouver Holt Renfrew (I have a friend there who works in Holt Renfrew and she can process the transaction and ship here for me). Please add more new stuff to the stores!

  I just got home from Holt and needed to write a review because the service there was next level. I was helped on the phone and in the store by Ursula and she made the whole experience great. I didn’t even mind spending money $$ on shoes because she made the experience so great. She was helpful, zero pressure and knew everything there is to know about Louboutins. Definitely recommend going to Holt over anywhere for designer shoes, because of the customer service alone. Thank you URSULA!

  It's worst retail company I ever experienced. How a group of outdated people are working for fashion and luxury. 30 days return and exchange, 14 days if it was sale price. Employees kept delivering wrong information. There are always errors in there system.

  I absolutely love the level of service you get here people in the cosmetics department are much more helpful than in suit section.

  I have not visited Holt Renfrew in years due to its regular delivery of mediocre service. I went in Christmas Eve looking for a purse for my mom and aside from a tall gentleman, everyone else seemed completely at ease to simply look from afar and offer no genuine interest in helping me. I ended up buying a Gucci bag and that is only because I needed a last minute gift if not I would have purchased online. The Gucci associate did not merit that sale. I do not know what type of training is offered at Holts and the employees in leased boutique, but they are absolutely awful. The judgment in their eyes is so obvious. It may not have been obvious but everything I had on were of brands carried at Holts and even if it they had not been I would still be entitled to the highest level of service.

  But at times their sales people (not all of them) a few act a little snobbish as you inquire about a product.
