  My husband and I started going to Go Dental because of their weekend hours. We are from Ontario- and knew the prices here in AB were high....but the prices we paid were outrageous. My insurance wasn't submitted properly for one of my husbands appointments, and they charged my credit card without giving me any notice. they insisted I needed a root canal, and wouldn't "ethically" replace a front tooth filling without the root canal. I went back to my dentist in Ontario while home for a visit and found that there is no need for an immediate root canal- with no pain or sensitivity.

  The only reason they got a star at all is because the staff was very friendly and nice. They quoted me on a bunch of work that i didn't even need to have done. Didn't seem right so i went to another dentist and Go Dental's 5K quote turned into a $600.00 quote somewhere else. Beware!

  I was fortunate twice. First time was at Penticton B.C, meeting Dr. Ahmed and his family last July 2017 and I needed partial dentures . Second time was at Dr. Ahmed's clinic where I met his marvelous team , doing their job in the most professional way. Pleased too much and my great appreciation to all with no exception. God bless all.

  I had an abscessed wisdom tooth that needed to come out right away, they were able to get me in that same day. They heard all my concerns financially and about the extraction, and was very understanding. They removed the tooth quickly and painlessly. I would definitely recommend them!

  The Business should be called" Go Figure". I called them on Monday Morning, they gave me an appointment for following Sunday to extract a broken tooth. I had no pain and no rush. After the procedure they sent an invoice to my insurance company plus charged my credit card. They charged an " Emergency fees". For booking an appointment 7 days after my call. Rhats not Emergency. They refuse to provide you a copy of the invoice that they send to Insurance. It's a very shady place who charge people without disclosing them and without providing a copy of receipt that they send to Insurance. Just try asking
