  I definitely recommend this dental clinic that I have been going to for four years now. Just had my first experience with a cerec crown today at Dental One. Wow! A procedure I dreaded years ago, today was quick, painless and amazing. It was so interesting to actually watch the design and manufacturing of my new crown right there in the office. The Dental One team are fabulous; their utmost concern is for the comfort of the patient. They keep you informed at every step. I am so glad to be in the care of this amazing team!

  I've been a patient of Dental One for just north of 6 years. Dr. Vishal has been an absolute pleasure and is always educating himself, his staff and his patience.

  I'm not a big fan of Dental One and here's why. First they do not offer direct billing if you have benefits coverage. I decided that this wasn't a deal breaker and stopped in for a full set of X-rays and check in. I paid the heavy price tag when it was all done and then proceeded to put in my claims only to find out that's good chunk was not covered despite asking them to verify the codes they will be performing with my insurance provider. Extremely disappointing. They also did some work to "redo" some of my fillings, again only to find out they over charged. So each province has a set billing guide from each insurance provider that most dental offices usually charge that exact amount. I'd expect a pretty tech savvy office to be fluent in these billing guides and charge that amount or at least advise their patients the extra cost. Dental one did not do this for me twice. Since then I have switched offices to one I prefer much more.

  This high-tech dentist office makes every visit very efficient! Latest dental technology is available here and takes any guess work out of treatments. I appreciate Dr. Sharma's care and concern for any issues I might have. In addition, the hygienists and staff are both highly professional and personable. If you're looking for a downtown dentist office, Dental One should be top on your list!

  Dr. Williams has been my dentist for over 20 years. He is kind, gentle, caring and technically proficient. He discusses options and we then decide on a plan that works. Much appreciated.
