  Decent enough location. Better than some, but lacking in variety compared to some other locations. Still my go to toy place for my kids. Close and convenient.

  First I would like to say the staff at the Market Mall location did a great job as someone was able to help me over the phone AND when I got to the store every person was friendly and helpful.

  After much debate we finally chose a stroller for our first child. Went to buy it today - and what... it's 15% off today and tomorrow only ?? Awesome right? NOPE! Leave it to Toys R Us to put something on sale that you cannot buy online or in any store in Calgary. Then on top of that the sale girl quickly moved on to someone else while I was holding items for another baby registry, and the other girl there wasn't trained enough to ring it in. I just got the hell out of there. Super disappointed with this place - also with the selection available to pick from on the registry - you have so much more available in store.

  While visiting from the States, we wanted to purchase a child's magnifying glass. At Market Mall, Calgary, Toys R US, the lad Augusto stopped what he was doing, and showed what was available quickly and politely. He helped us decide to buy a mag glass.

  The prices are quite steep. They have a good selection of products and online service is good. However, most of the staff are quite slow to serve customers.

  However, the In-Store Pickup really has been very unsatisfying and frustrating. After placing an order online to pick up at the Market mall location only to have the order to be cancelled by head office (I guess) and yet to receive my money back! What I don't get is why my order was tagged to be cancelled due to 'no stock' ... when I called Market Mall they had the items in stock and was able to put the on hold. So now I've paid double the price!!! The same day I placed my 2nd order to pick up at 2 different locations because they had the items in stock. However, after I made the call to Market Mall I decided to cancel that order. I waited on hold for 110 minutes to speak to someone about my orders. The gentlemen I spoke with said he was able to cancel my 2nd order and should receive a refund for this order too...so why haven't I seen my money yet?.... I'll tell you why..... Because they weren't cancelled I received a reminder email that my items are still waiting to be picked up. What a mess!! I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN! HORRIBLE! This happened last year too... should've learned my lesson then!
