  Although the product available is high quality and selection/price are fairly good, they regularly do this one thing that just drives me NUTS. Several times while shopping, I've noticed large sale signs in their window and decided to take a look. Their signs are advertising "40% off of everything in the store!" or something similar. In the finest print known to man, it will say that the sale excludes new arrivals, meaning that if you aren't looking carefully enough, you won't notice this. Knowing this, I was sure to check for fine print when I saw "Up to 40% off absolutely EVERYTHING in the store!" and found that there was none! However, upon actually entering the store and looking around, there were small signs indicating which items were 20%, 30%, 40% off etc., and these signs had fine print listing exclusions. So basically, via false advertising, they lure you into the store and then tell you, "well... not EVERYTHING is on sale". The fine print is annoying enough, but you can't exclude it from the signs in the window just to get me in there. Pretty sure that's actually illegal. So I guess I'd say that if you don't mind being frustrated with misleading signage, there really isn't anything wrong with the clothing, and even the service is pretty good. Personally, this is something I just don't find worth it.

  I had a horrible experience from the Jane, Manager at this store. She was rude and was shouting at me and my kids to leave the store right away when they were about to close the store. She didn't give any prior notice that they were closing soon. When I asked why you didn't notify us that the store is about to close, she yelled us to get out of the store. Kids got really scared and said they don't want. Will never go back to Children's place at this location again. How one employees attitude can damage the value of a good brand like Children"s place.
