    the sales associates were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable but the store looked very messy and empty. I've been shopping in this location for more than two years and I noticed that in the past few months the store looked less and less of a boutique. Although the associates were helpful I also noticed that most of them (i'm not sure if some of them are managers) were not dressed according to J.Crew's standards. I hope they can find a way to improve the store's displays and help their employees embrace the J.Crew culture and style.

    I would like to share my excellent experience at this store.If I could give 10 I would! ANASTACIA went far and beyond on customer service I work in retail and I know hard it can be but she was great! She ordered shirts from BC and it was shipped straight to my house in 3 days!

    Recently when I visited the store ( today ) I was truly amazed how the men's section did not have any sales staff to assist while shopping and also the display of merchandise was a mess. Along with that there did not seem to be any merchandising skills involved in the display of merchandise. The experience was more like walking into the Gap. Hire qualified and experienced people for your store. The staff seems a bit young to be working there and more interested in socializing with each other than working. Just my opinion. But it needed to be said.
