  I have been coming to this location, since we moved here from Toronto, 10 months ago. I hate the lineups, the loud music and the clueless floor girls as they are not at all helpful. If you ask for a manager, they are always "unavailable". However, I found that the stockroom manager at this store was amazing. She is approachable and always keeps the shelves and racks full. As well as friendly, she goes out of her way to find someone who will help me or will check in the back for what I am looking for. Whenever my friends and I go into the store, we immediately look for her as we want to be in and out as fast as possible. Honestly, she is the only one with some brains around that place. The rest are comparing tans, haircuts, dates and on their cell phones but she is always running back and forth "managing" the store. We stood in line for a change room for 20 minutes and no one was there. She checked under each door, found them empty and full of clothes, literally dragged a change room person into the room and told him to get his act together and got us all into a change room. In my opinion, you have the wrong people in charge. At first, I thought her name was Cameron (loud music) but I think it is Shannan. We are all fans of your clothing (love it), but not fans of your staff and it is Shannan who gets credit for keeping us coming back. You could probably use her in Abercrombie too. That place gets more than a little out of control and totally messy!!

  Despite spending almost three hundred dollars on their products they use the unreliable and subpar can par. Don't bother ordering. Their customer service couldn't be bothered to give me more than a sentence. I feel as though my money was simply stolen, as CanPar doesn't attempt delivery, leave delivery notice, or accept your phone calls. Despicable. Just use canada post you foolish company.
