  Convenient location if you work in downtown. Friendly staff. Greater section of Helly Hansen apparel compared to Sportchek or other retailers but you'll definitely pay a small premium.

  Visited this store last fall with a rain jacket that wasn't staying waterproof despite being treated several times. There was a sign on the counter informing any customers of the lifetime warranty that Helly Hansen offers on their clothing. The customer service agent at the time was helpful and let me know that I should come back in the spring when they have more rain gear in stock. I returned this spring and was told by a CSA that they would only honour the lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects (zippers, seams, etc.) and not the waterproofing failure. The lifetime warranty sign was also noticeably absent.

  Accidentally lost an envelope of a few hundred dollars there - we'd been to the foreign exchange place earlier. Didn't realise and went about our day until we needed the money and noticed it gone. Panic ensues until I called HH and they had our envelope! They'd tried searching for us but we took off too quickly. How's that for honesty and service? Thanks guys
