  Awful customer service. Bought shirt on boxing day and was told not to return in first week. The store manager (Rick) told me he could not let me return the shirt on day 32 of a 30 day return policy. After the first store manager told me they can usually honor '1 day after 30 days but not 2'.

  I usually dont write reviews but this store has the worse customer service and very rude cashiers ;( i wish i could complain to someone in the management but im sure they dont care..

  The worst customer service ever! When we went to return an item they couldn't do anything even if I was told I had until January 7th to return or exchange for holiday season. I wanted to speak to a manager which was even worse. Not sure how H& M hires their managers. She couldn't help me either because according to them the product didn't have a tag and there was no note about missing tag on my receipt. When I bought the item it was missing the tag and the employee said it's ok as long as I have the receipt and I only bought them a week ago. Then came the senior most manager of the store at that time Mark, who had 0 knowledge of customer service. He kept saying " as the other manager said, as the other manager said" They really need proper training. Never going back to this store. As other shoppers said, there is no option to pick 0 star.

  I don't know if it was something I was wearing, my face or whatever else, but the person in charge of the fitting rooms gave me a completely different attitude from the other customers. I was sent to a room with a quick brush-off and a side glance. Everyone else was nice enough though.

  It won't let me choose zero stars. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Like ever. It was humiliating. Last night I went to do a return and they accused me of shoplifting because the item I wanted to return wasn't on my receipt. During the original transaction I changed my mind and asked the cashier to remove the grey knit sweater with a hood because I decided I only wanted the one without a hood. The cashier removed the crewneck by accident, which is the one I left the store with last week. Simple mistake, but when I explained what must've happened the manager, Alicia last night, said there was nothing she could do until she checks the camera footage to see what happened, but since she was the only manager on duty she said she didn't have time to watch the video. She accused me of shoplifting and wouldn't do anything except threaten to call security.
