  I bought a pair of jeans here a week ago. The lady gave me a plain plastic bag instead of paper bag. I was wondering if they ran out of paper bag and forget to explain to me or she doesn't care at all. I hope she was not a racist at all.

  This store has a great selection, and some great staple pieces for every guy to have in their wardrobe. I went in over the family day weekend and was styled by a guy named Colin who really knew his trends and fits, and was super friendly! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good high end pair of jeans.

  Sales people did not acknowledge me as I entered or left the store. No one offered to help either. I'm not sure if they got the impression that I couldn't afford their product or if it was something. Regardless, very poor customer service.

  Amazing costumer service.... clean store, professional service. I wanted a pair of jeans but they didn't have my size in store so they found a pair in Edmonton and had it shipped to my home in New Brunswick (at the other end of Canada) free or charge! And the jeans are amazing!!!

  The Staff working today was very helpful, both my wife and I needed help with sizing and cut and the staff was very attentive. I would happily recommend and will return again in the future.
