  After the inspection, a gentleman called me from their location to talk through each item and explain what it means as well as what the price would be if I decided to move forward. He also helped me prioritize the jobs from most important to least to help me (a young adult) be able to figure out what I should fix and wait to fix which was super helpful.

  I'm very happy with Rick and his staff. They are extremely courteous , prompt, and low pressure in their communication and suggestions. They provide detailed notes, photos, and breakdowns along with their recommendations and do work that's done right.

  Went for regular oil change. They informed me that the brakes of my vehicle are not safe and they won't allow me to drive back home (and I need to get the car repaired with them or tow the car). Unfortunately had to tow the car from there. Went for safety inspection, the vehicle passed safety without any issues.
