  Overall I am delighted with German automotive repair. John was kind enough to meet with me and thoroughly go over the issues I was having with my Audi. He promised to get my car fixed and sure enough it was.   These are great people. They actually talked me out of spending money to fix an issue, explaining that no damage was happening to the vehicle and that it would make more financial sense to correct the defect at a certain mileage point in the future when I would need other work done. Helpful and trustworthy!

  The very best service. Took car in for problem with light switch and loose bottom engine shield. The light switch was checked and found to be OK and the shield plate was fixed all within 1 hour. The most amazing thing was NO CHARGE...FREE. With a 9 year old car in other places would have come out with a long list of work to do. I also had very good service in previous visits to this shop. Thanks and keep the good work.

  Highly recommended. Efficient, honest and first class service on a complicated mechanical matter on my Mercedes. Best service I have had and the least costly. Took the time to thoroughly explain all issues. Communicated regularly and openly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
