  This company got my truck November 10th 2016 (recovered stolen vehicle), and I am still waiting to get it back. Every week I am promised "it will be ready Friday" and the only communication I get us if I phone them directly or my insurance agent does the same. So 3 months in and I'm now on the hook for my rental, which carstar said they'd pay me for given the delays, but that remains to be seen. They act like they care but I'm not so sure.

  I expect I'm going to have to just take the vehicle back and pay for whatever is left to do somewhere else just to get this over with. If the work is at least good I will add a more positive review later based on that

  The manager here was fired for doing no work - literally none. My vehicle has been on site for nearly 4 months and zero work has been done, just starting now. I was LIED to for months about what was going on, literally told it was nearly done and even test driven. All false. Do not use Carstar Meridian

  Took my car here to get bumper repaired, awesome job was done on car and as I've never had to do accident repair they helped me arrange everything form coordinating with my insurance and setting up a rental for me. Made everything easy for me. And make sure u Ask for Carla Cowling she is amazing to deal with.

  Extremely happy. Excellent service. Price was 1/3 of a dealership. Even stored my vehicle overnight so I didn't have to unload all my valuables. Carla Cowling handled everything very professionally. Hopefully I don't need your services on the future, but if I do I know where to go to be taken care of.

  Recommended by economical insurance as the preferred shop for my repairs on my 2008 4Runner. I read the older google reviews and was a little skeptical because some people seemed to be unsatisfied. Turned out that everything went perfectly and my repairs were completed on time, with no drips or imperfections in the paint. They didn't even need to blend into the surrounding panels and all looks great and matches. Also they performed an interior detail and wash that was better than other premium German auto body shops I had used in the past on other vehicles. They arranged my rental with enterprise and they were also really good at the 17ave SE location. Will bring my 4Runner or any other American or Japanese vehicles I own in the future to this facility if I need too. Thanks guys!
