  Off it goes again and a week and a bit later it's "ready" again. I asked if it's actually ready to be picked up this time before we come get it and the response was "Should be"

  Had hailed damage my insurance suggestion this place they did not wash my truck even insurance paid close to 6000 on hail damage so I could not even see if there was any other damages left .

  I would never suggest anyone take their car to this place. I can't imagine the customer service being worse.

  Not to mention dealing with these people during all of this was nothing but a nightmare. The most ignorant people I have ever had to speak to. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

  2 weeks later they call and say it's been repainted. I go in, take it 7 minutes down the road and I have engine lights dinging and smoke coming from my exhaust and under my hood and no heat at all. Turns out my rad was punctured in the accident. Shouldn't that be caught in the mechanical check? I'd think so.

  Place is unbelievable! Waited patiently the three weeks my car was supposed to take 'at the most', still wasn't ready. Call tomorrow they said, still blaming a supplier for parts they told me were on the way. I leave it until the end of the week, still no word. Now a week and a day late, no update until I called and still they won't have the part until the end of the week.

  Brought my car here a month and a half ago to be fixed after a minor fender bender. Got there and the paint looked awful, dull and flat, nothing like the rest of the car so I refused to take it.
