  Typical bad service after bill is paid. What can we do for you? Well I work in sales as well and I know it’s more expensive to lose a customer than to retain one. Good luck if you still choose to use them but I’d avoid it.

  Terrible. Brought in a Landrover for diagnostic work. They could not find the issue, but still charged me for it. After all this they decided it was the battery and replaced that. My question was “why not check the battery to begin with?” That got me a shrug and a huge bill. It’s a secondary vehicle for us so doesn’t get driven often. Went to drive it at night a month later and both running lights are burnt out. It was pre holiday so waited until the New Year called them and let my wife take the vehicle in to explain to them. They said, “it’s been over a month”, even though only 100km has been put on the vehicle. Further to this they admitted they don’t even check to make sure the vehicle has running lights when it leaves the shop.

  Finding honest people to do work on your car can be challenging. I recently had an out of province car i wanted to get done. I had a quote from a shop out in Okotooks - and it seemed extremely high. I phoned Seamus and his team, and they took the time to listen to what needed to be done, and pointed out where hours should not be charged because some of the work overlapped. If you don't know anything about cars, its easy to be taken advantage of. These guys are pretty damn honest, and just good dudes. Take your vehicle here!
