  The car had poor four seasons tires in really bad shape. We was'nt able to go up in a driveway!!! Did you know guys that we are in winter, in Canada??? The drive was pretty dangerous in snowy conditions. But shuttles were on time.

  My wife and I travel a lot and rent cars all over Canada and the USA. We usually rent with the nationals but this time we rented from Routes Car Rental. The vehicle was great the price was right and the service was excellent and the location was very close to the airport. Best part is we forgot an item under the seat and even though the vehicle was rented to another party they tracked the item down and recovered it for us. Great company and highly recommend.

  The level of service from this company is beyond stellar! I have used EVERY car rental company, and I have rented a lot of cars over the years for business, so when a car rental company blows me away, I have to write a review. I am honest in saying that these guys go above and beyond the call of duty! I lost count of the number of times they went out of their way to help me. They are extremely helpful, very friendly, and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Love these guys and I will always come back. Thank you!!

  Important to note: When you arrive at the airport, you call a number and a shuttle picks you up to take you to the rental place. When you return the car, the address doesn't show up on GPS so you have to know where you're going before you start your drive. Also, there is a sign that says there is a $10/day fee if you take the car out of Alberta.

  Overall great experience. Got a brand new Jeep Wrangler with 4WD to take up into the mountains and it was invaluable in the snow there, and here in Calgary. The staff was professional and eager to please. It is off the airport property, but only a 5 minute shuttle ride. Worth it for the price in my opinion.

  We had a great experience. Reserving, picking up and dropping off the car was flawless. The people were nice and courteous. We were skeptical about using a new company we never heard of, but their prices were the lowest. And the quality of experience was top-notch. I would definitely rent from here again, with confidence.
