  I gave one star to your company because it was necessary and can't give less than it. Your service is so poor. Last night I called your company to book a taxi from Anderson c train station. I called them twice. But both times they replied that we will get back to you soon. But they didn't reply. If they can't make it then they should make it clear. My experience with you guys very worst. I will never ask anyone to go for it.

  our driver just got pulled by a police because he didnt slow down in a construction site and didnt even turned on his signal lights, we almost got in accident.

  Really bad experience. Called Delta Cab to my Doctor's clinic, so I can get a ride back home sincr I had severe back pain and couldn't drive back. Guy on the phone said cab is coming in 10 min. Called back after 20 min, same person on the line said sorry but seems like they already picked up someone from this location. I asked how this is possible since I have been waiting outside and no cab picked up any passenger. Caught him in the lie, and he said don't know. Reflecting back he did ask me where I was going and I did honestly say not very far, and so he didn't even bother putting me iin the call line..never call Delta Cab ever. Especially if you are in pain or in hurry....poor service.

  Took a cab home tonight - cab was clean and the driver seemed nice until he started making anti-LGBTQ comments. Will NEVER take a Delta cab again.
