  Final note - I bought a sweet ride from South Point Toyota because they had the car I wanted, and I wasn't leaving without it. I'm very happy with my purchase, but the experience with the sales people left a lasting effect with me. Unless management delves a little deeper into the aesthetics of sales psychology (less sleazy, more professional [crisp execution]), I will order my next sweet ride to another location ;)

  We had a great experience buying our 2018 Tacoma from Mike Khavkin. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when we had endless questions about the Tacoma. He was attentive to detail and making sure we were satisfied with every part of the deal. I highly recommend you going to see Mike for your next vehicle purchase.   Now for the good stuff!: their finance people are great (I finally felt like I was no longer being lied to); their facility is nice looking and their mechanical service team is pretty good people.

  Awesome experience from the whole dealership. My sales person Chad Watts was espessially helpful. The deal was fair compared to other dealers and to top it off they added a wheel and tire package that was better quality far less than any other quote I had from the aftermarket parts guys. I will be back to see them the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle.

  Let's start with the bad: the sales people all crowding around the door is creepy and annoying (make some congregation points away from the door!); my sales person was nice, but I still felt like they were sleazy (they did every sales tactic i ever studied in university, except they did it in a non-commital way). I could elaborate with specific examples, but the point is those two things really pissed me off.

  I don’t enjoy dealing on vehicles. There are lots of tools on the Internet now that can help you go into the negotiations with powerful information in pricing, but still not my favorite thing. I had a positive experience with South Pointe Toyota though. Mike Popovic was easy to work with and patient with us as it took a while between when we took our first test drive and we bought. Mike is someone I would buy from again and recommend to friends or family. We also felt very comfortable with the finance person, Robert Chapman. After the documents were signed and they had our money, Robert and Mike provided great service getting us into our vehicle, thanks gentlemen. I have yet to take it in for service, but South Pointe has been good so far.

  Great dealership, the customer service here is awesome! I dealt with Chad Watts, I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. From the first moment I walked in I felt that I was in good hands, and that he was honest about everything from the start. I've been to other dealership's and South Pointe blows them out of the water. Thanks South Pointe, this will be the only dealership I go to from now on.
