  I have done a lot of business with Shaw over the years: Sales, Service, Parts and Accessories. They are by far the best organization I have ever dealt with. They are service focused, honest, fair and highly competent in what they do. I drive over 120 km to get to this dealership and it is well worth it. Kyle and Joe in service are superb, Gary in Parts could not be more helpful, Steve in accessories really knows his pieces and the folks in Sales are simply great. Sometimes, when there is a complex issue (one of my trucks recently). they really need to work together to be service focused and helpful and guess what, they work like a well oiled team!. And wrt to the bigger picture for GM; I'm on my 50 or 60th GM vehicle and thanks to this team and generally, pretty good products, from GM, I don't see my buying preferences changing. Please keep up the great work and Happy New year to the great Shaw team.   My vehicle was smoking. I drove to the Service bay and the team took great care of me and vehicle. Rob Sikora is my rep and he is amazing. Always straight forward and honest, be it good news or bad, which is appreciated. The techs fixed the issue (broken seal, spewed oil everywhere) and cleaned the engine. I am very pleased to endorse the Service Department and Technicians of Shaw!!

  I had to find a used car to replace the one written off in an accident and came across a good one while browsing Shaw's website. I dealt with a great team member named Rich who was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He listened to what I was looking for and helped make it happen. High fives also go out to financing team members Billy and Michelle, who worked fast to get me into my new (to me) car as quick as possible. Thank you :)

  We had such amazing people look after us. Deanna Cesario & Billy Tran worked with us to get us what we were looking for and took the time to get us the best practical vehicle. I think they were very receptive to our wants and needs. We love our new vehicle and recommend these 2 people at this location. They weren't pushy at all just very helpful!!

  Husband and I have been impressed and pleased by Shaw’s sales and service department. We bought a used vehicle about 7 months ago by Billy and he was proficient, professional, well knowledgeable and extremely helpful. 5 stars right there! We had to have the vehicle serviced after a week of owning it due to some glitches the monitor was having and they replaced the whole thing at no cost to us. The other two times we recently serviced the vehicle the service staff were kind, informative and very quick. The shuttle service was quick and seemed reliable both times. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Will definitely be going back in the future.
