  I have had nothing but positive experiences when I have taken my truck and the wife's truck to GSL I have always had the same tech who knows my truck inside and out and is a pleasure to work with. His name is Carl. I truly appreciate everything he does for me when I come in.

  Walking into this dealership is a sad and depressing experience. They use good cop bad cop sales tactics and will pass on every unnecessary charge they can think of. They ask you to pay their AMIC surcharge and documentation fees as well admin fees. They layer on delivery fees as well. Their sales staff are old and ill-informed about the market and their products.

  Scott in the Service Department has been excellent to work with. My car had some issues shortly after it came off of warranty. Scott was able to go to bat on my behalf and get the repairs covered anyways. We've always had good experiences with GSL, the sales, service team, and even the courtesy drivers are always great!

  I had a very wonderful and professional experience purchasing a used vehicle from GSL GM City. Our services with sales advisor Aaron Mirkhaidarov was exceptional. He was always very prompt, friendly and attentive. Also, I would like to mention I never felt any pressure whatsoever to buy a new vehicle rather than used. Aaron focused on the vehicle I was interested in. Which is a big bonus in my eyes. Thank you Aaron!
