    Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I have purchased TWO NEW Subarus from Centaur Subaru within the last 5 years, and have completed all my required maintenance services through their location. I have also recommended this dealership to many people, and two of them went on to purchase vehicles from this location.

    We had amazing customer service from Mike Elder (Service manager) at Centaur Subaru, he truly went above and beyond for us! We had to get work done on our Subaru outback while the car was still under warranty. We live 3 hours away from Calgary but from day one Mike was on board with helping us with logistics, from getting this warranty through to helping us with cabs, doing extra work on the vehicle and arranging the car return. We didn't buy the car from Mike but it didn't matter, he was there for us! A big thank you Mike to you and your team for making this happen for us, we really appreciated it and will recommend you and your facility to all our friends.

    I discovered this week that the wheel lock key for my vehicle is missing. This was due to either Centaur Subaru sales or service mismanagement during initial installation or during the most recent maintenance. I am certain of this fact, as I have never had any reason to access the wheel lock key myself, and the most recent maintenance (where wheel work was completed) resulted in the wheel lock kit being found in my backseat with grease marks on it. When I found it in my backseat, I didn’t even know what it was, and put it aside until this week when I went to replace my tires.

    We purchased a new Subaru Forester from Centaur Subaru with Michael Belland and were impressed with how straightforward and quick the process was. We had a good idea of what we wanted, and Mike walked us through the Forester options that would best match what we were looking for at a price that worked for us. After we decided on the car, Rob Elhorn in the finance department was a breeze to work with during the finalization of the sale. We also never felt pressured at any point during the test drive and sale, and Mike and Rob were more than happy to answer all our questions. Based on our experiences, we'll certainly be recommending Centaur Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

    In my opinion, this is unacceptable customer service given the loyalty we have shown to the dealership over the last 5 years. Going forward I will most certainly NEVER purchase or service a vehicle at this location, nor will I recommend it to any prospective buyers. I have already touched base with the alternative Subaru dealer in the Calgary area (Subaru Calgary) and they have been very responsive to my inquiries – I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

    The dealership is great. Honest guys with a very good service: attentive to your needs, but not annoying at all. Alex is a very good guy! My wife and I felt ourselves in a good hands when we communicated with him. If you are not sure, you can definitely ask him for advice and be sure he won't lie to you or let you down. Rob (financial administrator) was also nice and attentive to our needs. Overall, I can say that my wife and I would definitely recommend this dealership!!! :)

    When we approached Subaru to request to replace the wheel kit free of charge, we were denied this request, despite the fact we have easily spent $60k in the last 5 years at their dealership. Furthermore, when we pressed the issue for a free replacement due to their mismanagement of the key, we were told to just be happy they would unlock the tires as a favour, because they could choose to charge us for the labour (it took 5 minutes to complete the task).
