The prices have gone up, understandably, but they also discontinued the included side on their sandwiches without notifying customers upfront, which further decreases the value of the meal for the customer.

Today was the kicker, though. I was one stamp away from a free sandwich on my 12-punch loyalty card, the cashier exchanged it for a 19-punch card, putting me further from the reward, rather than grandfathering the old terms. There was no reasoning with her on this.

Really quirky restaurant located in the beltline. The Japanese curries are fantastic. I recommend going for their brunch where you can try a bit of everything on the menu for under $20, including coffee. The service is friendly and prompt.

Overall, I would recommend this dainty place to everyone who wants to try some Japanese fusion cuisine.

My boyfriend and I came for the weekend brunch buffet ($18.99 / person). Everything was delicious! We were new to this restaurant, so we decided to go for the brunch buffet to try a variety of dishes. Our favourite was the katsu curry, French toast, japa burger and home made ice cream! The restaurant is super efficient - we started getting the items we ordered within minutes (but we were also the only ones there at that time).

The food is good, but the value of a meal has gone down lately. This used to be a regular lunch spot for me.

If anyone rate this below 4 stars, they seriously have a problem or bias to this place. Went here for their 60 cents Takoyaki, but came out amazed with every other dishes we ordered. They have Japas (basically it’s Izakaya style) on Tuesday to Friday from 5pm to 9pm. Every single dish we ordered was made in DETAIL. They pay attention to every single detail and it is so delicious, presentation is excellent and on point. I highly recommend coming back to this place more than once!

We’ve been here a few times now, food is pretty good with consistency. Price is very good. Very small place, quit crowded during busier time.

PS - I love their green tea beer!!! It was made with perfection although it’s just Sapporo with green tea!
