  Ordered replacement part for my machine on Jan 8 2018. Was told 2 - 5 days because they were backed up. Jan 18th phoned to inquire where part was as online account was not updated, was told by agent that they would investigate and phone me back within 24hrs. Never received any msg from agent. Jan 24 phoned again and asked again what is happening as there is no update on account online. Agent stated that they would investigate what happened, and I will get a phone call within 24hrs letting me know if the item will be shipped or my credit card refunded. Wow, nice service . . .just saying.

  I bought a machine as a gift for christmas that came with a $100 credit towards coffee. I came to this location to redeem my credit but admittedly did not have my receipt. I did have my Nespresso club member log in information and the serial number for my machine. It wasn’t a busy day when I went in and talked to about 3 people at the same time. All of them told me “No receipt no credit”. I explained that I had my log in and serial number but over and over they refused. I left out of frustration and went the the other Nespresso store upstairs in The Bay.

  The Nespresso in The Bay quickly took my phone number, found my account with my $100 credit. I redeemed my coffee and was gone in less than 10 minutes.

  Great service, solid product, and pretty good coffee / espresso for home brew, plus they serve you a free sample right at the Coffee Bar. I looked at a few of the complaints on this feed, and I guess you either like Nespresso, or you don't. There is not much room for middle ground as, yes the coffee is a bit cooler than most folks are used to, and the flavors are definitely a bit stronger, but you'll never get a head of foam like that from a Tassimo! And as you could have had a free sample before you purchased ... why are you complaining?
