Super friendly, nice atmosphere and many games to choose from. Me and my friend had abandoned playing our game in favor of catching up and they actually noticed and asked if we would like to stop the game time so we could converse without consequence. Very considerate customer service.

I have to say, I understand that it can be difficult for the staff here to accommodate people who move tables and have people joining and leaving. That said I have never felt such a lack of hospitality from a business. Do you want customers to enjoy themselves? Or do you only accept customers who comply exactly to what is most convenient for your staff?

I have been to this place several times and I have always loved it. I have had excellent experiences here. Tonight was possibly the worst experience I have had with an establishment in a long time.

We went to play board games. Even though the cafe was full, it didn't feel crowded because of its spacious seating. They had a large selection, and the pricing was very reasonably, at 2.50/hr/person. The service for food and drinks was good, and the products were tasty.

Really fun place for a date or hangout. Reasonable price $2.50 per hour. They have nice drinks from tea to coffee to booze. They offer D&D Tuesday and Wednesday. The space is really nice, open and friendly. Do not put your games back though! The staff want you to leave them and they'll put them back. The staff can keep the alphabetical order that way.

    1. My boyfriend and I joined a party of 4 late, we ordered beers and they weren't delivered. After 10 minutes we had to return to the bar to ask for them. 2. We ran into friends there and made a party of 8, we were told that we had to move tables (despite being comfortable and set up) because we couldn't have a large party at our current table. Ok, no problem, though we found that arbitrary and annoying. 3. Additional people joined and we were told by the staff that we were not allowed to have 9 people at a table. Seriously? Our group had to split up and play different games, certainly not the experience we wanted. 4. When we left we were charged a 15% autograt! For what? Having to go to the counter twice to get a single round of beers? Not exactly service I would tip for. Also, we arrived at 7:50 and left at 9:20, and we were charged for 2 full hours of time each. Totally predatory. 5. About an hour after we left (6 of us, leaving several friends behind), we received a call from one of our group that he had to pay for an additional 7 hours of time that was allegedly from our group. We all paid in full (my boyfriend and I paid $26 for two beers and a total 4 hours of time).

Had a great time here! Came here on a Friday night and was put on a waitlist. So we went to another cafe nearby, and was called within 20 minutes saying out table was ready. Staff was super nice and answered any questions we had with a smile! An crazy amount of board games and it's just a super fun atmosphere! Also the coffees and teas are great for a cold winters day, and the food smells delicous. Will have to give the sandwiches a try next time. Definitely will be back again soon.
