  I like this store. I'm not a bookworm, but I do like finding interesting titles that might draw me in. I also like that they're a good place to shop for gifts, as they carry a lot of gift-worthy items. This store is kept tidy and staff performance is good. They're expensive though, even for what I feel the products are actually worth.

  I go to that location alot and everyone no staff around titles are hard to find.Lack of customer service skills.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Great book selection. I love the stationary section which contains beautiful cards and journals, quirky accessories like pig-shaped paper clips or ramen sticky notes. Unfortunately, they don't do store-to-store transfers; the cook book I wanted was not available at this location so I had to drive to Sunridge to get it.

  I went there looking for a specific book which was unfortunately not in stock. I was however, helped by a very nice woman who offered to look up where had it in stock and have it put on hold for me. I really appreciated what she did, because while not much effort from her end, it was great as I was lugging kids around.
