  They have electrolysis and massage therapy that I could recommend plus many more services that I have not tried.

  Poor communication, lack of respect. I don't recommend. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me that Maria, who does pedicure will only be a couple of minutes (to me, that's 2-3 minutes wait). Oh no, she didn't even check in with her for 20 minutes, then she came out and said she will be another 10 minutes. Now, that's a half an hour wait for an hour pedicure. I was disappointed because I was so looking forward to try out my local salon, and would have continued with haircuts, and more for me and my family. If only they called me that she is running late, I would have gotten my 3 kids supper and bags for camp together prior, and would've gone half an hour later. I had to leave, since I couldn't afford the time sitting around not knowing when she'll show. I account for every minute at my work, and at home. I feel that I was disrespected and put upon...

  This is the second time this has happened in my family. Had an appointment booked for 2 with the owner who women in my family have been seeing for years. She explained she was running behind and would be just a few minutes. At 240 I asked if another stylist could cut my daughter's hair. He did a great job with her but the owner was still working on the other lady when I left at 3. Not good customer service at all..

  I see Samantha for Electrolysis. I've had very positive results seeing her on a regular basis for treatments. She is always on time with her appointments, her room is very clean and she's a pleasure to talk with. She's very customer focused and after your first appointment, you'll wish you'd started your Electrolysis sooner with Samantha. She makes suggestions and tweaks your program as you go through your appointments and see the progress.
