  I asked for a trim she recommended an inch and a half... more like 2 and did layers. I specifically said no layers. She said there was bulk in my hair, and started working on layers anyways until I stopped her. It takes a longtime to grow out 6 inches. And then she rushed through the shaping for the face because the next client was there. Not pleased.

  Asked for something close to my natural so it can grow out a bit and not look awful.. it is way to warm to be my natural colour.

  Jen does the most amazing pedicures. If you need an amazing full on pedicure your feet will feel fully rejuvenated for a month. No part job and very thorough. Best place i have found in calgary. Good bye torn sheets and sore feet.

  Very disappointed. Very unprofessional! I had booked the appointment and verbally confirmed twice. When I got there, firstly there is no doorbell and then I knocked very loudly with the gold handle about 10 times to no answer. I also phoned from outside to voicemail as usual. Hence had to leave. No one called to even ask!!
