  The waitress immediately offered to exchange their slice for another, which they declined. Shortly after a manager showed up, asked again if they wanted it exchanged, which they again declined, and then offered them a free dessert.

  Excellent service. My grandparents mentioned that their prime rib was a bit more fatty than they expected. Weren't even complaining really, just mentioned it offhand.

  Hands down the best restaurant I’ve been too. The service, food and cleanliness of this restaurant is really impeccable. Came during a really busy time and they sat us very quickly and food came out perfect. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!!

  The place was a bit noisy but the staff and food was excellent. My sister in law is alergic to crab and shrimp but grabbed a bit from my husbands plate to taste which had crab. The staff bent backwards to help in case she got sick. From server to Manager and kitchen staff. Unbelievable assistance and it was not their fault. Don't get that kind of concern in too many places. They checked on us every few minutes. She survived.

  So tonight I had the craziest craving for lobster tail at nearly 11pm so I called the Keg to see if they serve it without sides, they did so I ordered 2 to go! It was ready quickly and when I got home I was surprised to see that they in fact packed me 4 lobster tails instead of two! Best feeling at the end of a long day after this craving! Tasted amazing! Thanks! I’ve always like The Keg, but doubling up my order for free is worth 5 stars!

  Great meal with great service. Though this location was incredibly busy when we came (Friday night at supper time), our waitress was excellent and the food was good. We opted to sit in the lounge to avoid a 30 minute wait, and I would happily do so again.
