  They usually closed at 1am, now they closed early because no business! For this kind of service, they will get no more business for sure!

  Very bad service, food was okay! Enter at 11:15pm the front door, the bar tender stare at us very unfriendly! Around 12 midnight, they turn off most lights even we still eating, that’s very rude!

  Went there with 10 friends for wing night on Wednesday. Quality of the food was great, service was okay throughtout the night. What merits the low rating is at the end of the night apparently there was a policy where because of the discount on wing night, one person would be forced to pay for the bill all together, rather than having the option of paying separately. There was some back and forth for about 15 minutes with the waitress, she then left, a manager came out and told us to get our s*** together and just pay for it because his shift was over. What a ridiculous way to treat paying customers . We were pleased with the food, price, etc, but the way the manager handled it was extremely unprofessional. Will not be going back anytime soon.

  I had a very unique experience at this BP tonight. I asked for a refill and after several times of reminding, the waitress came to the table and told me they can't get my drink because ghe bartender is very busy. Never had such an experience anywhere or at othe BP branches. I could not convince myself not to pay tip but I left very disappointed and upset.

  "That went really wrong, didn't it Mom?", said the 7 year old whose birthday dinner consisted of watery bugs and cheese, a mysterious extra $80 on the bill, and the most confused waitstaff I have ever seen in my entire life. We received three different kinds of Thai chicken bites, a random salad, and apparently they handmake their beer and chocolate milk because our food came before our drinks, which even took 40 minutes to order anyways. Despite all of this, our 7 year old niece mustered up enough kindness to say thank you amongst the chaos.

  Gave this place three try’s, all bad. Food sucks, my girlfriend and I both ordered the same thing and the pasta had been sitting on the plate for a while and the chicken was hardly warm and made us both very ill. The server was great though.
