The leisure center is a great facility that meets the needs of almost everyone. I use them for their after school program. My 5 year old daughter loves it. They are always doing various activities always keeping the kids active. The hours are very convenient. It is fairly pricey and to watch your child for PD days when the school is closed they charge extra for child care.

I like the programs they offer here! It's decently priced and fun. The one gripe I have is their toddler parent & tot swim lessons are always scheduled during the day or 6PM. I feel like that's so late for every kid under 3 I know... It would be nice if they were offered even an hour earlier so we could continue after my mat leave is done.

Been to some birthday parties here when our kids were smaller and we still drive in occasionally to take them to the wave pool (overall, the best wave pool option in the Calgary area - that I've been too anyway). The wave pool itself is not huge but it's still big enough for the kids to have a blast (smaller than Village Square Leisure Center but slightly better waves, the water is a bit warmer here and the facility seems generally cleaner from the multiple visits I have made to both facilities before).

Clean, friendly, well-staffed, this Center is excellent! Always enough lockers in the change room (but I've never visited on the weekend). Registered programs here include some specialty things, including gymnastics and rock climbing. For registered programs MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR RECEIPT EVERY DAY because the front desk staff is strict about program entry. Lockers available for $0.25 outside of the pool changing area for program use- very handy! Parking is a bit limited for how big this place is.

I purchased a one month membership for 2 of us to try this location out. The gym was pretty good in that it has quite a few machines and never the only one that had a limited amount was the rower. I only ever had one time when someone was waiting to use it after me but she did not wait very long. The locker room is big and there are 2 different sizes (only a limited amount of full size lockers but I never had a problem finding one available). The locker room was pretty clean until closer to the end of the night (understandable). The pool has its peak times and usually has quite a few under 18 customers, all depends on when you go. Last call on Mon/Wed can get busy mostly for the pool because its only $3!!! Can't go wrong with getting a little swim an hour before it closes. Unfortunately I have not been able to take any classes due to the different shifts I work. There are many children programs including a large ice rink that can get busy as well. If you are planning to come to the last call, come at least 10 minutes early as the lineup can get a little bit long from others wanting to take advantage as well. If you have a membership card, you get to skip those long lineups :)
